Circuit Box

45-Minute High-Intensity Training with elements of Boxing, TRX, Shuttle Steppers, Core Work, & Light Weights

This is the perfect full-body workout for all fitness levels. Different every time, Circuit Box classes feature 20-24 different exercises performed in 45 second intervals, with a 15-second rest while stations shift. Circuit Box classes will leave you with a great full-body burn after focusing on interval, strength, and cardio training. ***Class format may vary by teacher.
